 * The Guest House management reserves the right to charge $ 10 fee for parking a car on the property (overnight) if a guest does not chose to rent a room or pitch a tent.

* All prices based on maximum 2 adult people and 2 children under 16 years old or 3 adult per unit.

* Each extra person $10 per night in room, $5.00 per night in tent or car.

* 2 nights minimum on long weekends. Cancelations with 1 week notice or more have no charge, less than 1 week – full cost of reservation.

*Pets- $5.00 per night.
